I recently joined Emergency Physicians Professional Association as an emergency medicine physician assistant. I previously worked as an EPPA scribe so it is exciting to be back with the same company that first fostered my interest in emergency medicine. I graduated from the College of Saint Benedict (CSB) in 2018 with a BA in Biology. While I was at CSB, I also earned a Hispanic Studies minor and studied abroad in Greece and Italy. After graduating, I worked as a medical scribe for 3 years at Methodist Hospital Emergency Room, then briefly as a Research Assistant with the Critical Care Research Center at Regions Hospital studying Covid-19 vaccines just prior to starting the PA Medicine program at Saint Scholastica. I graduated from Saint Scholastica with my Master’s in PA Medicine in December of 2023.
