The role also involves providing change management expertise as part of Omnicor’s service offering to external clients on identified projects.

An Industrial Psychology Internship as stipulated by the Health Professions Council of South Africa

Provide leadership, direction and or support for Change Management and Learning and Development programs, projects and initiatives to advance the strategic business and people goals of the organisation. Set direction and/or define components of change strategy, drive communications of strategy and implementation and contribute to training and capability development.
