As a pledge member, I collaborated with other pledges to create a social media philanthropy project that fundraised a total of $438 for the Paws For a Cause organization. As a full member, I participate in weekly chapter meetings to learn and connect with various corporations about professional development. Along with this, I am involved in the seasonal recruitment processes that are held in the fall and spring semesters. More specifically, I interview potential new members, engage in conversations and discourse over the appropriate extending of bids, and build connections with the new members as they navigate their pledge process into full membership status. I also have engaged in expanding our chapter's cultural intelligence through participating in and leading events as part of my involvement with PCT's international committee.

Furthermore, I developed informational video guides and participative presentation activities to improve communications with assignees, and other related professionals involved with relocation such as Human Resource Business Partners, managers, etc. Lastly, I worked to sustain timely order of logistical operations by processing and systemizing relocation repayments, invoices, and internal policy changes/updates.
