The main goal of the Staffing Consultant is to put people into jobs, meet client needs, and network within the community in a sales capacity.

Store Manager:Supervise the incoming and outgoing consigners items and contract agreements while striving for excellent long-term customer relations. Ran the daily operations of the store. Manage, train & schedule additional employees and promote sales.

Part-Time Membership Manager:Recruitment for the membership base throughout the Flathead Valley, current member management and support, maintain accurate records & website information, development and implementation of a businessplan for a non-profit organization. Monitored the telephone and emails for the FCVB. Maintained constant communication with the President regarding daily operations and membership issues.

Sales Manager:Sales & Marketing– Regional sales trips, local saturation, community presence, oversaw and maintained negotiated business accounts, created & supervised hotel packages, oversaw internet & office accuracy, as well as booked conferences & groups.
