About Amelia Hilton Pierce

Having worked on Superyachts for the last 8 years, I am looking to transition into land based work whilst using the skills I’ve learned working to the highest standards of hospitality for UHNWI’s. I have been in a senior position managing groups of up to 16 on yachts for the last 4 years, and have acquired many skills from working within the industry, such as, being able to constantly adapt to different scenarios, acute attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, an extremely high work ethic and excellent communication skills.I am confident in managing a team with ease, and I am used to making work lists managing time and ensuring all of the team are confident and happy in their tasks given. I enjoy being a hands on leader and participating in all tasks with the team.
