I was fresh graduate and offered as a full-time recruiter in my current company. After one year as a Junior Recruiter, I was promoted to be Recruiter Staff.As a recruiter at PT Control Systems Arena Para Nusa, I am allowed to explore many things about Oil and Gas company and other-related industry. I learn and observe how company moves and this helps me understand what kind of candidates are suitable to be hired. I work on social media, Website, and offline meeting to search candidates.Also, I am trusted to be involved in development department. This experience accommodated me to learn about fluctuations in organization and how to optimize our man power. My education background majoring in Psychology accommodates me to understand people and even provide counseling session for employees.
