• Generating customer insights from Ipsos's Syndicated study (long-term alcohol consumption behavior tracker) in support of clients' decision-making process across a variety of business functions• Built an analysis platform on Tableau with pre-built measures and variables for the team.

• Understanding customer experience and needs to inform product design. This includes conducting qualitative studies (face-to-face interviews, focus groups etc.) to collect users' feedback of the products; as well as rolling out questionnaire surveys to quantify consumers' preferences and support the financial aspect of product decisions.• Being the regional focal point of market/consumer insight for Huawei Middle East, working closely with third-party market research agencies, integrating market information from various sources to support marketing, retail, and customer service strategies.

• Conducting registration interviews of new asylum applicants and answering their questions about refugee law/policy in China. • Managed to clear the backlog of 400+ applications in 5 months by scheduling the interview in a more efficient way.
