My day-to-day tasks include:Discuss and explain the physiological benefits of regular exercise and the impact it can have on health conditions and medical issues.Educate and assist new members in proper use of cardiovascular and exercise equipment, free weights, and cable stations.Monitor progress and provide one-on-one consulting to ensure objectives are set and goals are attainedCreate and execute personal sales strategy in addition to customizing workout plans and schedules for 15 clients
