Health. Connection. Purpose. These are the principles that have guided my career (and life) decisions. I am passionate about coaching and communication. My career has seen these take on many forms, from co-founding Australia's fastest growing health tech company, launching multiple FMCG brands, all the way to the board room, and inbetween. I’ve learnt that success almost always comes from effective communication, and it’s a skill one never stops learning. HEALTHHealth, both mental and physical enables us to thrive in life, and I have always felt passionately about supporting others to achieve the wonderful gift of health. All my businesses/partnerships have had the message of health at their core. CONNECTIONConnection to me, is choosing an attitude of empathy, generosity, respect, listening and offering support. Sometimes connection means being tough, establishing boundaries, giving feedback that isn’t always welcomed, but when decisions come from a good place, no matter how difficult, they usually end up being the right ones. My work has seen me focus on connection within my teams and with our customers. For example our health tech company we nurtured over 250k customers and a community of over 1 million followers. PURPOSEPurpose to me is being clear about why we are here and feeling motivated to take action. In my career I’ve always established my purpose, my team’s and ultimately my organisation's purpose. Layer that with a clear strategy, attitude of excellence and collaborative, connected team, incredible results can be achieved. I look for partnerships that are future focussed, for purpose, not afraid to disrupt, and at their core they value health, connection, a clear purpose and strong commercial goals.
