During the spring 2024 semester, I participated in Semester in the City, a program run by the College For Social Innovation and Americorps in Boston. In this program, I was matched with an internship at All in Energy, and I attended two classes at their offices in downtown Boston. The classes focused around policy and advocacy solutions for social issues that Bostonians face, in addition to how to become ready for a career in social innovation.

I served at All In Energy as a CFSI fellow and AmeriCorps service member. At all in Energy, I assisted the organization's data team in processing, auditing, cleaning, and transferring data in order to ensure that the organizations data was free of errors. In my internship, I had a special project which involved the creation of a database within Salesforce to house All In Energy's donor records. This project involved conducting an initial audit of All In Energy's donor data, compiling all the donor data from various sources, and then transferring this data into Salesforce.

St John, Us Virgin Islands

In this internship with the Friends of the Virgin Islands National Park, I assisted with management of volunteer efforts, helped ensure the success of ongoing projects (including post-hurricane shoreline restoration), produced a 50 page report on the current conditions of the organization's conservation projects, and I helped problem solve future projects with the organization's management.
