Experienced Actor and Creative Practitioner with a specialist Interest in new writing, inclusive practice and well-being.I am currently a Master of Research student focusing on Mental Health and creative art intervention and prevention strategies. My study examines how Creative Arts interventions can serve as a means of recovery during a crisis. I recently graduated with First Class Honours from Arts University Bournemouth (2023), along with receiving the Enterprise and Innovation award for my company The Tiny Company. I am also an active National Youth Theatre Member and Ambassador since 2018; I regularly take part in acting and creative projects, including facilitator training.My passions lie in the creative arts, business management and mental well-being.I am forward-thinking, highly motivated and a natural leader. These skills I have developed in-depth within my leadership roles at Studenteer. A CIC company striving to support students to find valuable internships within the charity sector. Here I direct and lead a team of 15-20 people working over multiple departments, motivating and leading the team to strive for success. I am also the Founder and Director of The Tiny Company. An online theatre and production company. Our mission is to make the entertainment industry more accessible and inclusive by developing online campaigns, targeting and raising awareness around creative topics and providing opportunities for professionals all over the region. I am a freelance facilitator specialising in theatre-making and well-being and an acting and mindset coach. My practice concentrates on building confidence with clients and overcoming negative thinking patterns. Recently I have developed a new company called Talk More Together. TMT is a creative arts well-being service for students in higher education. In my spare time, I volunteer on SHOUT UK’s Crisis line. Here I provide mental health support for individuals who are in crisis, including but not limited to, Suicide, Self Harm, Abuse and other mental health issues.In the future, I would like to continue to work professionally as an Actor and Performer. I also aim to work as a well-being practitioner focusing on creative interventions and explorations to support young people's mental health.
