I am a Consultant Psychologist practicing at Reverse Psychology in Dubai, deeply passionate about helping individuals and couples heal and transform their lives. With a background in working with some of the most vulnerable members of society, I bring both extensive experience and a compassionate, client-centred approach to my practice. I specialise in supporting couples and adults through individual and group therapy across a wide range of issues including, relational difficulties, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related challenges. My therapeutic approach integrates both evidence-based practices and methods that may be considered more holistic however, in my experience are often extremely powerful. I believe in treating the whole person—brain, mind, body, and spirit. I use EMDR, Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Gottman Couples Training, and Mindfulness, but I also incorporate breathwork and other somatic practices when appropriate, allowing for a deeply transformative experience. By blending traditional therapy with other practices, I tailor each intervention to meet the unique needs of my clients, helping them on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I am continually expanding my knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques to provide the most effective and personalised care possible.
