    After serving as an intern in Senator Hagan's campaign headquarters in Greensboro, I was recruited to continue my campaign service as a hired field organizer in Raleigh, Wake County.As a field organizer, I was responsible for recruiting volunteers and voters in a specific geographic area. During that time I trained volunteers and volunteer leaders for phone banks, canvasses, data entry and other tasks. I prepared turf and phone packets and all other relevant materials for volunteers.I used VoteBuilder to create lists, cut turf, and analyze data as needed. For get out the vote (GOTV) efforts, I recruited a full staff of trained leaders and canvassers to operate a staging location in a volunteer's home close to key voter neighborhoods to continuously knock doors each day of voting. My location was able to visit roughly 1,200 doors on Election Day.I also was asked to served as a staff lead for volunteers during Sen. Kay Hagan and Bill Clinton rally event.
