Provide macro and political analysis for senior management, commodity traders, etc. Collaborations with commodity analytics teams.Government relations engagement and maintenance with central Ministries.Policy advocacy work on behalf of Cargill.Coordinate on corporate events such as senior leadership visits and meetings.

• Macro trend monitoring: Monthly Report on China’s Political, Diplomatic, Economic and Social Dynamics to senior management; support senior management’s update on China’s major political and economic events at corporate strategy meetings and Board meeting.• Support Investment projects and company strategy research.• Sustainable development: help manage sustainability-related projects and build relationship with China’s philanthropy institutions.• Project management: help manage external visit requests ; coordinate company-wide and Singapore events. • Translation: Temasek Review 2016-2018; business correspondence; corporate briefing materials, etc.• Relationship maintenance: built and maintained the network database.

• Conduct primary research reports covering multiple areas, including anti-monopoly, internet finance, tax reform and intellectual property rights; support USCBC consulting service for member companies.• Provide daily Chinese press updates and government updates to all global offices.• Draft the USCBC Intern Training Manual independently for the following intern’s reference.

• Translate TPP reports, WTO Trade Policy Review, 2013 USTR Report to Congress-on China's WTO Compliance 60,000 words in total.• Receive foreign guests; make meeting minutes; update member information; arrange and manage receipts.
