Our innovative learning methods have transformed businesses and helped over 30 million students reach their goals.Job Responsibilities: 1) Join the company as the operation director, start the New Horizons shanghai center from zero to be a mature company with stable business.2) Engaged in the internal process for marketing, sales, operation and make the right company strategy to make sure the company business growing. 3) Make regulation, process and policy for operation team to make sure the training executed as smoothly as possible. 4) Help the important customer to build up the learning solutions and strategy for their company. Support sales team to analyze the training requirement, customized the outline; organized the pre-session with clients to assist the sales to win the training projects5) Design the course catalogue, public course schedule and all kinds of promotion activities. 6) Crisis management. Responsible for handle all kinds of problems during the training, including the issue for instructors, issues for the students and provide the right solution and suggestions.7) In charge of the whole instructor pool and assign the right instructor to the corresponding training projects. 8) Responsible for the management of operation team, and guidance, training and assessment the subordinate staff.
