Administration Support Staff
- Recording attendance, overtime, leave, and employee loans
- Review and process reimbursements every week
- Preparing financial reports every week and managing petty cash
- Managing BPJS Ketenagakejaan (SIPP) including employee registration and all related activities
- Creating and preparing invoices, tax invoices, BAST, PO and other documents
- Creating ID Billing and reporting online tax, such as e-Faktur, e-BuPot, e-SPT, PPh 21, 23 and 25
