I am a creative and innovative facilitator of knowledge acquisition. Having spent 29 years at the elementary school where I attended as a child, I was privileged to teach at the levels of grades K, 1, 2, 3, 5, including a year of fully-online synchronous and asynchronous virtual teaching for Kindergarten and 1st grade. Following a lengthy career in the classroom, I found a niche in the world of grown-ups where I can utilize my creative educational skills as an Education Specialist independently contracted to write curriculum for a variety of agencies, including public television stations. Writing curriculum is my second favorite part of education, after the kids, of course! Now I can spend my time creating cross-curricular content for students, parents, and teachers K-12.My primary interest lies in aiding others in creating the best experience for themselves. What that looks like depends on the person and the situation.
