A dedicated HR professional with a level 7 CIPD MSc from the University of Liverpool. Currently working at the Ministry of Justice as a Recruitment Hub Lead, helping to create a smooth recruitment process for candidates, working with stakeholders to give advice and guidance and managing the ATS system throughout. In addition to my work in HR, I am a wellbeing telephone volunteer for Deafblind UK, where I provide support to those who face unique challenges. The role enriches my life and deepens my understanding of the importance of empathy and active listening, skills that I bring to my professional practice every day.
