My background includes executive management of up to 25 team members and supporting HR functions for 10,000+ employees at over 300 locations. I have significant strategic and operational expertise in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sector including mission critical revenue diversification. As SVP of Business Development at The Mullen Group, I performed strategic reviews, facilitated strategic alliances, assisted organizations with their sustainable operations development and strategic planning including human resources support services, leadership development and start-up consultation.As the COO at Villa of Hope I led the human resources, organizational development, information technology, and facility operations teams. While there, I was instrumental in transforming this poor performing agency and turning a potential $1M annual deficit to a $300K surplus. Prior to being the COO, I was the Director of Human Resources at Villa of Hope.
