I have more than twenty years of corporate, non-profit, and consulting experience spanning COO-level operations, human resources, strategic organizational and client development, information technology, customer service and logistics. My background includes executive management of up to 25 team members and supporting HR functions for 10,000+ employees at over 300 locations. I have significant strategic and operational expertise in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sector including mission critical revenue diversification. As SVP of Business Development at The Mullen Group, I performed strategic reviews, facilitated strategic alliances, assisted organizations with their sustainable operations development and strategic planning including human resources support services, leadership development and start-up consultation.As the COO at Villa of Hope I led the human resources, organizational development, information technology, and facility operations teams. While there, I was instrumental in transforming this poor performing agency and turning a potential $1M annual deficit to a $300K surplus. Prior to being the COO, I was the Director of Human Resources at Villa of Hope. Previous employers include HealthNow BlueCross BlueShield of Western NY and Birds Eye Foods.I am also Co-founder of QUEST Rochester's Human Resources Network, a collaborating member of the Greater Rochester Human Resources Career Network (GRHRCN), whose mission is to develop the region's human resources, training and organizational development talent through career transition support and development programs.A graduate of SUNY Oswego and University of Rochester Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, and I continue to be active in the community.
