Communications Director
Current• Conceive, write and produce a wide range of communications materials, including online content, analytics reports, e-newsletters, print booklets, internal operations manuals, whitepapers, press releases, and blog articles• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers and developers to produce high-value content that aligns with project objectives and timeline• Design layouts for websites, creating an information architecture that meets user needs in an effective, elegant style• Develop a detailed content strategy to address an organization’s communications needs across multiple platforms, ensuring core messages are conveyed in a consistent, trustworthy voice that connects with the target audience • Design a wide variety of visuals, including infographics, for use in online content, in social media, and in marketing collateral • Write and/or edit content for e-newsletters, design professional layouts in MailChimp to suit corporate brand identity, schedule and send • Compile and produce analytics reports detailing online engagement (using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook reporting, etc)• Produce press releases and liaise with media personnel for the purpose of promoting new products and/or services• Write and edit instructional material for onboarding new staff personnel• Write and edit compelling thought-leadership articles in a professional, corporate tone, mindful of emerging trends and overall brand strategiesView portfolio of work samples here: http://ameliajanebright.com/#portfolio
