Completed a summer long project of transferring 150+ client financial plans from Cary Street's previous financial planning software to eMoney. During this project, I organized eMoney training with an eMoney Success Coach for the Financial Advisor's team I was supporting. I also created an eMoney "Cheat Sheet" for the team to use going forward. My day-to-day tasks included account openings and maintenance in company Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, completing service requests for check disbursements and ACH on demand paperwork, as well as various tasks in DocuSign and FaxCore with the use of Adobe to edit PDFs. I also shadowed Financial Advisors in client meetings, allowing me to visualize how all of the aspects of financial planning are put together in front of the client.
