Recruitment and Hiring▪ Led firmwide recruitment and hiring team, with a focus on embedding DEI into strategy and processes.▪ Hiring included marketing, advertising, people, operations, finance, creative and analytics at the entry through senior levels.▪Personally hired up to 30 candidates at year across a minimum of 15 roles.
