I engaged with students three times a week to ensure they were comfortable with the skills they learned in their regular classes and taught them how to confidently communicate their ideas and ask for help. I focused on working with elementary-aged students with math and reading skills and made a conscious effort to expand academic skills and foster personal relationship with my students.

I reviewed and provided feedback to 30+ students on their coursework throughout the semester for a course on historical legislation involving women, the problems they uniquely face, and the process taken to find justice in the American legal system. I communicated my ideas to my supervising professor and worked to ensure that the students were given the space to learn and succeed.

I performed legal research and case-specific evidence analysis for various attorneys working on white-collar fraud cases. I obtained the opportunity to help on an entire case involving theft by false pretense and extortion charges. Throughout that process, I provided feedback and input on arguments, maintained records of evidence and court proceedings, and evaluated large-scale and small-scale legal issues that pertained to the case. Additionally, I managed intern projects and trained other interns on case research.

I designed and led lessons that explored social issues and real-world scientific solutions to solve them for 60+ different middle schoolers through a program that gave supplemental educational resources to students in underserved school districts. I worked closely with each student to understand their needs and gave feedback to their other teachers and families about areas for growth.
