I moved to Los Angeles from New York City in 2012 to pursue a life of financial freedom, expand my circle of influence, and build a career as a lifestyle edutainer, intuitive coach, and entrepreneur. I have 22+ years of professional experience including: financial analyst on Wall Street, channel producer on YouTube, real estate investor, entrepreneur, and leadership coach.I’ve run my businesses mostly as a digital nomad with in-person work based in NYC and Southern California and have lived all over the world. I’ve returned permanently to Queens, NYC in 2021 to be closer to my family after the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.Currently, I am an intuitive healer, business mentor, self-love coach, and Certified Hypnotherapist (C. Ht.) for professional singles & couples. Each year, I have the privilege of traveling around the country speaking in front of thousands of students facilitating seminars on what it means to be a woman, self-love, and making self-care a priority.Previously, I was the co-director of the Rich Grad Project (in conjunction with Collegiate Empowerment and the best selling author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki) which included creating content for our personal finance education on YouTube targeted specifically for college students and young adults.For my investments, I was previously a managing partner of HoneyVest Real Estate (http://www.linkedin.com/company/2758293), a real estate investment firm specializing in Wholesale and Buy & Holds. Our primary goal was to find creative solutions that work for our clients and team members. This included focusing on Buy and Sell strategies and look to Buy and Hold multi unit properties for student housing. Now, I focus on my own investment properties in the United States and overseas in the Philippines.My passions include dancing, traveling, teaching, personal development, spirituality, and mentoring. I am committed continuing education and refining my skills in everything I am passionate about.My vision is to live in a world where women know the magical power of their intuition and bodies and love themselves deeply.
