From 2010-2014 the organization experienced a tremendous amount of growth and change through its expansive services across the state of Florida. These services include: exceptional elderly and family services; life changing substance abuse and mental health programs; transformational refugee and immigration assistance; and excellent children and educational programs.I was hired to work directly with CEO to develop a thorough strategic plan management approach, establish a long-term vision, develop 3-year strategic plans, implement a new organization-level decision making approach, and build project management capacity. Later added responsibility to run marketing and communications, development/fundraising, quality assurance and board affairs.During the summer of 2021 I was the Acting CEO during the current CEO’s three-month sabbatical.
