As the Head of Professional Services at aXcelerate, my role encompasses directing the department's strategic vision and managing all operational facets.I am passionate about empowering the world of Customer Success; I took the leap in 2018 to co-found the Success Society, the premier hub for Customer Success professionals across the APAC region with a thriving membership of over 1,130. ๐But it's not just about the numbers. I dove deep into the trenches, offering mentorship and strategic consultations to individuals, start-ups and scale-ups, guiding them towards building robust, scalable teams and services.
