Personal trainer by profession and humanitarian at heart. When I'm not busy training my clients, I'm thinking about saving the world!My role has truly evolved over the 10+ years in the fitness industry. Aside from helping get rid of your post-xmas podge, I put a strong emphasis on the rest of your life. Keeping fit & developing good exercise habits now could potentially save you later. I also work closely with doctors & physios, I support patients after heart attacks, injuries, operations & throughout cancer treatments. Some days are challenging, but fantastic to see people regaining their confidence, physical capability & improved mental health.🌟 Health is wealth everyone, never forget it! 🌟INVOLVE NEPAL, my other life:I founded this charity as a result of the 2015 Nepal earthquake.
