Executive Partner, Strategy
CurrentMy role leads and contributes to projects and activities required to define strategic outcomes and priorities and to enable the Three6 to minimise risks and formulate plans to achieve long-term goals.- Undertake research, analysis, investigation and evaluation of issues and trends to inform decision making and contribute to the development of strategic plans and road maps. - Engage with, and provide advice to key stakeholders, based on evidence-based insights, to inform strategic planning and initiatives. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops and consultations to identify business strengths, weaknesses, and risks, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and to inform strategic planning and project development.- Plan, coordinate, evaluate and report on assigned projects and activities to provide advice on the progress against plans, goals and expectations. - Prepare reports, business cases and briefing notes to provide insights and enable informed decision-making aligned with the establishment of strategic objectives.- Develop innovative processes to inform the development and implementation of strategic projects and mitigate strategic risks to the achievement of Three6 goals. - Undertake evaluation of performance on strategic outcomes and provide detailed and reliable analysis to support decision-making and identify and opportunities for improvement.- Responding to challenges which may impede effective delivery against strategic objectives, including identifying mechanisms to mitigate these risks.- Balancing competing demands and stakeholder requirements effectively to ensure key deliverables are met within the required timeframes / budgets.
