Class topics covered medications, ACLS, human body systems overview, evidence-based practice and a preceptor class for students to learn how to teach other new nurses. Clinicals give students the chance to explore different units and areas of nursing to help them determine where they may want to work. Clinicals were six weeks long and students got to work on three different units.
