WHAT YOU EAT MATTERS:- As a healthy living advocate and cancer survivor, I have focused on what goes into my body ever since receiving my own diagnosis almost 20 years ago.I am beyond excited to finally be fulfilling one of my long term goals and undertaking a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition. In conjunction, I am developing an online health and wellness program “Rediscover Your Sparkle" to help others with their food and lifestyle choices to not only optimize their health but also build resilience. As I have personally experienced, life can throw a curve ball your way when you least expect it. An accredited Cert IV Trainer and Assessor I have successfully developed and delivered sales and product training to over 1500 sales and promotional personnel, including customer service teams, as well as organised and managed small to large events in the medical, retail pharmacy, FMCG, tourism and not-for-profit sectors.Recognised as a dynamic and engaging presenter, I am extremely passionate about the value of effective communication.
