As Assistant Manager at Cath Kidston Cheltenham I was responsible for leading our team in excellent customer service practice as well as helping to run the store on a day to day basis.

I work behind the bar at a local music venue and I have my personal license; I also used to use the venue to put on some of my own gigs.

I am the club secretary for Leckhampton Rovers FC, my role involves handling match fines and fees, corresponding with the Football Association and the club’s 19 youth team managers. I also help run our Academy training, organise club events and player registrations. This is a role that I carry out in my spare time.

I was the Editor of local music and entertainment fanzine MAG. We provided full listings of what's on in the county on a monthly basis. The fanzine also had regular columns as well as reviews and interviews with bands playing in the county.

After helping run the pilot year of the Student Media Project while on my Placement with the University, I was asked to become the administrator once the project had been formalised. I am responsible for all paperwork surrounding jobs being taken on by SMP this includes contracts with clients, RA forms, invoicing and payment.

I was the PR assistant for all student media projects. This included working for the SU in particular Tone Radio the student radio station and working for the University directly.I also edit the online and print fanzine MAG www.musicatglos.co.uk

I am currently the PR department for the Gloucestershire Music Forum (GMF) an organisation combining the BBC, local borough council and Gloucestershire University. Here I compile listings for our radio show and fanzine. I also write reviews for the fanzine and press releases for our up and coming projects. As well as this I keep all of our social networking sites (Twitter, MySpace & Facebook) up to date day to day.

 My role involved working within a large High Street store team in the Ladies department, where I was involved in customer service roles including on the tills and in the fitting rooms.  Two years into my time at Next I was promoted to train new staff.  I learned some invaluable skills working here including customer relations, communications skills, team work and being relied upon by my managers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
