Director Of Strategy, Board MemberThe Good Relations Group (Part Of Chime Communications) Sep 2013 - Dec 2014London, United KingdomThe Good Relations Group is a new brand communications, PR and CSR group aligned around a belief in "The Power of Good" - Good Actions, Good Engagement and Good Recommendation. We believe that Good is the new currency of reputation, reputation being at the same time a brand's most valuable and vulnerable asset. I oversaw the development of Triple G - a new reputational scoring system for brands https://www.marketingweek.com/2013/08/07/how-to-be-good/ which generated considerable industry press coverage and new business leads. The Good Relations Group and the agencies (Harvard, Good Relations Brand Communication, InEvidence, Corporate Citizenship) within the Group develop strategies and ideas for clients based out of insight and data that result in lasting change. The focus was on digital and cultural transformation. I was hired to be the group's first Director of Strategy charged with bringing 5 agencies with different backgrounds and culture together. I have also founded and ran The GRG Digital Academy which is a year-long training and development program for every member of The Good Relations Group. We partnered with The School Of Life, Twitter and Google to develop our syllabus. -
