Previously I co-founded and served as co-CEO of Business Talent Group (BTG), ultimately creating the market leader in a new category: talent marketplace for companies to access senior level independent professionals and interim executives on-demand. We grew the company from startup to over $90M in revenue, with 100+ employees, and a Talent network of over 20,000 professionals worldwide. BTG has been twice named to the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies, and was one of 5 female-led companies named to Forbes 100 Most Promising Companies. We raised multiple funding rounds from private equity and strategic investors. I also led a strategic foreign acquisition, and I developed long-term strategic partnerships with several industry leaders. In 2021, BTG was acquired Heidrick & Struggles, where I became CEO of BTG as a wholly owned subsidiary of the public company. I led post-merger integration and oversaw rapid growth (grew by 90% in 2 years). I also have deep leadership experience in – and passion for-- the nonprofit sector, having served as a board leader / board chair and advisor to multiple organizations spanning public policy, government effectiveness, economy, women’s rights, and climate & marine conservation.
