I had the honor of working as a server at Houston's, and excelled in its upscale-dining environment. I was able to adapt easily to the demands of the restaurant by remaining strategic during high-volume times and picking up extra shifts when necessary. I worked with a knowledgable and experienced team of servers, bartenders, hostesses, and cooks in an efficient and organized fashion. I attended server tastings of wines, beverages, ingredients, and menu items as well as trainings on beverage service and ingredient sourcing. I communicated with the floor managers without hesitation to ensure guest happiness and resolve conflicts.

I joined Riddle and Bloom as an Amazon Prime Student Ambassador during the third year of the program. I attended a 3-day brand ambassador training in Boston, MA where I talked with Amazon directors and product developers about brand awareness, corporate human resources, and marketing. I attended weekly status calls with Account Managers and submitted required Brandscopic check-ins on a weekly basis. I held tabling events on campus for Prime Student brand awareness, tailoring each event to match the Riddle and Bloom themed-event schedule. I was awarded on multiple occasions for creating interactive events that on multiple occasions, met my required student interaction count by more than 200%. Aside from aiming to increase brand positivity and Prime Student enrollment, I informed the UMass Amherst undergraduates and graduates about Prime Student perks including Prime Video, Twitch, Prime Music, Prime Wardrobe, and Prime Photos.

I joined PlasmaMed Research, LLC which is now, XeraMed, LLC as a marketing intern. I was made responsible for designing digital and physical recruitment materials to increase visibility to patient communities across the U.S. I worked closely with the Operations Manager to develop patient recruitment marketing campaigns including advertising, community event tabling, and social media. I went on to help the Operations team with scheduling and communicating to biospecimen donors and research clientele. In the office, I worked on the recruitment of research sites domestically and internationally in addition to daily clerical operations.

I joined the FIU Neuroinformatics and Brain Connectivity Lab during my domestic exchange during my undergraduate career at UMass Amherst. I assisted Emily Boeving with collected research data including working with fMRI and BrainMap technologies to analyze social interactions as they pertain to various types of education and attention. Her work utilized the Dynamic Systems framework to develop novel approaches to understanding the interactions between social behavior and functional brain connectivity.

Managed weekly pastry and dessert inventory, assisted with cakes, pastries and desserts, food running, managed take-out, UberEATS and DeliveryDudes orders and served tables.

Managed groups of preschoolers on testing days, conducted sleep research tests on preschoolers, coded and scored collected information using coding software, and helped coordinate the lab schedule.

Worked with marketing the new entrepreneurship center to incoming freshman, designed flyers, launched social media pages to promote the center, created PowerPoint presentations, pitched to prospective students and families
