Aspiring rocket scientist!My name is Amelie Lutz and I am a GEM Fellow and first-year candidate for a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering at Virginia Tech. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I gained more than 3 years of strong leadership experience and unique project expertise. I have engineered award-winning designs for competitions including topics in additive manufacturing, nuclear fusion, and rocketry.
