R&D Formula Project Manager - Luxury Gucci CosmeticsWorking with external TPM and internal stakeholders- Coordinate new makeup formula development, shade extension and reformulation with external Laboratory and Third party manufacturer.- Evaluate formulas, highlight product performance, assess technical risk for each formula.
