- Innovation Scouting : Unleash for Skincare, Sun, Hybrids and Body categories cross division :*Uncover new innovation territories & category opportunities : needs & gaps identification by collecting data from Consumer Market Insight, Consumer & Sensory Science and Data Intelligence tools (Mintel, WGSN, Beautystreams).*Conducting and cascading Weekly Hot Technical Insights reviews to R&D.*Product & Technology intelligence : Competition mappings, International fair debriefs, strategic competition store checks.*Indentifying key partners worldwide proposing new product solutions in line with the business priorities and in collaboration with Discovery & Innovation team- Innovation activation : Ideate & co-design the best innovations with our ecosystem of Internal/External partners to boost product activation and fuel prospective plan.*Valorize R&D know-how and pre-conceptualize 360° rational innovations (consumer, product & planet centric) via new story-tellings, neo formats, new application ceremonials, digital intelligence.*SPOC of several brands and engage with marketing at early stage. Strengthen collaboration and co-creation with Marketing, R&D Packaging, R&D Product Development, Procurement and TPM

R&D Formula Project Manager - Luxury Gucci CosmeticsWorking with external TPM and internal stakeholders- Coordinate new makeup formula development, shade extension and reformulation with external Laboratory and Third party manufacturer.- Evaluate formulas, highlight product performance, assess technical risk for each formula. Provide with guidance and technical analysis for each development.- Coordinates all testing (claims, stability, safety, compatibility) for ensuring high quality level and commercial feasibility. - Interpret the results and provide recommendations in the event of a problem- Maintenance of project tracker, providing weekly update reports to stakeholders- Lead manufacturing transfer process from pilot lab batches to commercial production with our industrial partner.- Create, collect and maintain all the necessary formula related documentation to develop and commercialize the products.
