I am a certified psychologist (M.Sc., University of Vienna) and have completed advanced training in several areas (systemic counseling, systemic coaching & agile leadership among others). With four years of leadership experience I move confidently in the areas of staff development, people & culture, people strategy, labour law as well as personnel management & planning. I advise and coach managers of all levels, employees and teams in German or English at a near native level and communicate fluently in Spanish. In my current position, I define and execute scalable people policies and programs to support the company´s business goals and growth trajectory in compliance with legal requirements and best practices, employment laws and regulations, as well as providing guidance, support, coaching and sparring to team members.
