Here is what I learned in more than 20 years on the workforce:• 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 (art and graphic design) helped me build my client relationship skills. • 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 (comics, games, and collectibles) taught me to be strong, business-smart and “to learn from failures”. • 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 I do not use myself made me understand the importance of educating yourself. • 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 built my confidence in my customer service competencies.• 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 convince me mentoring is one of my best talents.• 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 help me develop my adaptability and problem-solving skills.• 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝟬 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 from different backgrounds, expertise and needs, instilled in me a sense of positive leadership, motivational spirit and emotional intelligence. • 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟬𝟬% of them for 8 years made me confident in my judgment. • 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 impacting Culture and Employee Experience across 50+ home bases and 5,000+ team members gave credence to my abilities. • 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 composed of IT, HR, legal, MARCOM (B2C, B2B) experts enlightened me about the power of communication.• 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 in a few days notice, built ma capacity to handle multiple tasks at once. • 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀s made me discover how much I love – and need - DATA!• 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 at my work gala history and the Manager of the Year Award three years later demonstrated that I am positively impacting the world around me! • 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬 made me learn that I thrive in remote work.• 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝘄𝗼 has help me develop my patience, empathy and resilience.• 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 gives me purpose and makes me grateful for every new day!Through all and out, I now know that 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.
