- In charge of the P&L of insurance products - Build the product vision and federate 2 feature teams (PO and tech) on this vision- Elaborate business plans to build new features and optimize existing ones- In charge of discovery: defining project's ambitions, carrying out customer studies with the UX teams to understand their expectations, identifying tests to validate our hypotheses - Identify strategic partnerships to help convert users - Optimize of revenues via B2B and content monetization services- Frame and launch Xsell projects. - Supervision of 2 product owners

- Leading the Acquisition squad- In charge of SEO roadmap and delivery- Manage SEO strategy with internal experts, Tech direction and external agencies - Manage Content Production with internal editors and external agency

- Manage LesFurets.com strategic projects (scoping, business case, roadmap and implementation)- Launch product diversification (personal loan and mortgage)- Follow feature teams delivery and prioritize roadmaps- Monitor projects' budget, cost and performance
