 Prepare working package for PARS Pre-Assemble Pipe Racks for the early works jobs. To guide and support the contractor prepare their submittals e.g. Hydrotest Package, Methods of Statements. To approved contractor test package hydraulic test or pneumatic test calculation.  Answer RFI for Piping and Civil and Structural per DOW and Saudi Aramco Project Standard. Re-design the Piping FRP and Civil and Structural supports for the Cooling Towers. Coordinate to client for new and up coming design revision requirement by SADARA Client DOW and SAUDI ARAMCO To review GAP Analysis for Piping and Civil Design for early works issued drawing and report to FLUOR Home Office Houston USA for UNIT 730 and FLUOR Farnborough UK for Unit 530 SGU for new revision. Review and approve contractors MDS Material Data Sheets per Saudi Aramco Program Specification. Assigned as Piping Lead Piping for a group of SGU piping engineers for piping punch listing / piping restoration.  Site walkthrough check and marked up P&ID. Coordinate with HO Fluor Home Office process engineer if found discrepancies on IFC Iso’s or vendor packages to match approved P&ID. (Audit for IFC Dwg.) Coordinate and close out client punch list. If required new dwg /design, take the lead for group of field engineers produce a new design, to meet client requirements per client punch list. Project close out work- -- Assigned to do Piping Material Reconciliation on the (3) three assets ICF, SGU, WT. – Check HO Home office final as-built .  To review QVD’s Quality Verification Documents for piping hydro test packages.  Signed and approved QVD’s are submitted to Complete it for signing off. To guide the Piping Contractor for preparation of Piping QVD’s and Complete it Turn over Books. To witness Pipe testing, Hydro testing, Leak test, Visual inspection, line checking to confirms as per design. To verify the test package and approved the piping re-instatement per quality assurance standard.

 To answer RFI (Request For Information) give correct information to subcontractor as per drawing; as per design; as per specification; and as per standard ASME, API. To answer or make correct disposition for NCR raised by CMT QC as per specification or as per standard. To approved and evaluate subcontractor Methods of Statement , Material Submittals, Material Substitution that are not available in the kingdom. Coordinate to HO (Home Office of the project FLUOR CANADA/FLUOR GREENVILLE HOUSTON USA) for revision and generate isos or update P&IDs Line list and issue to subcontractor thru FCN Field Change Notice. To evaluate EDCN (Engineering Design Change Notice) from HO whether this need to update the drawing and implement in actual site condition and to report in HO Engineering if is done in site. TCP Technology Control Plan has been granted by American Chamber of Commerce for the access of restricted document for all the area AA Acetate Acid plant this document, drawing, design are under TCP jurisdiction. Attend construction meetings for various subcontractors to answer their query per engineering ASME standard and specification clarification. Involved for the preparation of system turnover for the piping scope. In-charge for the design of Foam Deluge and Fire Water for the AA and VAM Tankage Area. Full time Piping Engineer for JAC Utilities Area meaning in-charge for all the Piping works of Utilities; design changes, generating new Iso drawing , Updating P&IDs. To check the contract if it is company item and within the warranty period; coordinate with vendor for parts replacement or to be repaired in HDEC/ENI AGIP workshop. Modification of sulphur recovery unit third stage super heater heat transfer exchanger and repair of third stage reactor.

 Line checker during the construction for Gas train Unit 101-104-105(Train 1& 3) Sulfur Recovery Unit-108 (Train 3&4) and Propane Refrigeration Unit 111 (Train 1,2,3) In- charge for the construction of pipe line for the following equipment (Gas Treating Train) Feed Flash KO Drum; Cold Box; Feed Gas Expander; Treated Gas Compressor; De-methaniser Condenser; De-ethaniser Reflux Drum; Amine Sump Drum; ( Sulfur Recovery Unit) Sulfur Degassing Pit (Jacketed Pipe)  Monitoring/line checking everyday work executed by the subcontractor, e.g. to check pipe alignment and coordinates wether it conform to isometric and plan drawing. Checking the line as per test package; if the line is complete within the target limit then it will be notify to QC for walk down or line checking. Directly in-charge for punch clearing of test packages; meaning test package walk down by QC will be cleared by a group of worker under my direct supervision and notify for final walk down prior to hydro testing. For final punch clearing / reinstatement and commissioning also in-charge for the rotating equipment such as horizontal pump, compressor, expander discharge and suction of flange final alignment as per vendor required. Also directly in-charge in punch clearing of commissioning punch during commissioning.

 Coordinate with the process engineer for the new additional piping job / new pipe line. In-charge for the checking and assessment of Furnace radiant coil/tube, refractory lining, and burner during OLIFEN 1 expandtion  Estimate and prepare materials for new pipe line and in-charge for the construction. Prepare isometric drawing for new pipe line. Check additional piping line whether it confirms in design specification and ASME code and API code as well. RBI - Risk Based Inspector Familiarized with the ASME code prior to the inspection of existing pipe line expand using UTM and NDE on weak point with the SK South Korean Petrochemical Corp. counterpart Study together and prepare reports. In-charge in hot tapping job on high pressure line for big and small bore piping. During plant shutdown responsible for the isolation of line from equipment to piping mechanical isolation. Responsible for the re-face of column damage manhole flange during plant shutdown. During furnace shutdown in-charge for the repair of refractory and testing of radiant coil/tube & repair and maintenance. Responsible for the maintenance and repair OLIFEN -1 heat transfer exchanger e.g. hydro test on tube bundle repair & maintenance .
