The amount of services is growing over the years, then in 2008 I created Agência Inovar (www.agenciainovar.com.br). Since then, I began to take many kinds of projects such as Design, Video Creation, System etc. I began manage projects and works for my clients. I always hire freelancers to do jobs as designer, video editors. However I developed works such as System. I was responsible for all parts of interactions with clients like as interviews, brainstorming and even storyboards for videos. I started this project as a freelancer. I rewrote the code of the CRM (Costumer Relationship Manager) for a clothes brand representative in Brazil. This system was written in PHP, and I also remodelled the database and created the logo for the company. After 6 months of working as a freelancer, I received an invitation to become a partner of the company, while earning 10% of the company’s shares.
