Undertake duties including inputting changes onto system, sending out relevant contractual information, chasing queries with managers, liaising with payroll to resolve queries.Undertake administrative duties supporting various HR processes including colleague holiday bookings and right to work documentation.Provide administrative support to the HR team including word processing, distribution of information, organising and taking minutes at meetings for the HR Manager/Department Managers.Organising open day events for recruitment and booking interviews for potential candidates.
