Have you ever had one of those moments in life that changed your perspective and approach to solving problems? Mine was about 8 years ago when my (now)wife and I moved 1000 miles from home. Our car broke down the moment we arrived. With minimal car experience, I spent the next 5 hours replacing the alternator in the autozone parking lot. From that moment on, I no longer approach problems with the attitude of “I don’t know”, but rather “I haven’t figured it out YET.”I’m an INTP on the Myers-Briggs, and Learner, Ideation, and Developer on CliftonStrengths. To humanize this; I’m an idea man with a passion for learning and being a source of positivity for those around me by helping them to succeed. I love thinking through the inner workings of big concepts and finding creative solutions to complex problems.Understanding how I think and what makes me feel fulfilled led me to programming.After years of self-teaching and exploration, I have fully committed to this dream by enrolling in the Software Development bootcamp with Tech Elevator Ultimately, my goal is to become a proficient Full Stack Developer so that I can gain an understanding of multiple sides of development. I believe any development experience is valuable to this goal, whether it is Front End, Back End, Database, Security, QA, or Cloud (to name a few). Therefore I am open to all of these types of positions and thrilled to start my new career in software, and as a life-long learner!
