Monthly payable ageing report and the same report submit to AM & MD Maintaining and controlling of all bank accounts and Reconciliation of bank account on timely manner Responsibilities belong to payroll enrollment and related works, all staffs payroll calculations. Transfer list preparation and clearing works related the bank transfer ,OT Card, pay card and clearance of accounts ledger All kind of works related to material divisions such as petty cash handling ,date entries ,invoice tracking and preparation ,payment follow up etc.as per the direction of AM Verification of cheque voucher while the concerned out of Qatar. Work monitoring of all kind of accounts works as per the necessity and direction of AM; he is the supreme responsible person of all date entry and complete the accounts works within the time limit as per the direction of FM & AM Monthly invoice support and monitoring to all accounts people and completion of works being the time limit Handling the correspondence related the finance and accounts department as per the direction of MD, SM, FM and AM. Yearly closing works and preparation of accounts and finance related reports as per the requirements. Coordinate with HR department related to the admin and HR works Carry out the duties directed by superior timely.
