Work Responsible : • Responsible of commissioning S7300, S7400 Siemens’s PLCs, Wincc flexible HMI, Scada Wincc, ABB Symphony Harmony related to BOP (Balance of Plant) systems, as the primary role I have tackled in the following BOP systems: GRS, Condensate Polishing system, Water pretreatment system, water treatment system , Chemical Dosing System and EDG.• Commissioning PLC’s logic (download, startup, debug and modify) and HMI’s software.• Loop check and Functional check for I/O signals.• Involved in Interlocks and protection checks of BOP systems such as HRSG, Water in steam cycle and other BOP system packages. • Coordinating with system’s suppliers in purpose for achieving the success of the operation.• Coordinate with ABB team based in Italy and Athens in order to commission and start-up of ABB Harmony/Symphony plus DCS system for both hardware (Harmony Control Units, Communication & Slave Modules and BRC400 Controllers) and software (Logics, Graphic Configurations & Troubleshooting by means of Composer 5.1 and PGP 4.1 software). • Supervise technicians' team during P2P signals' check as well as final loop signals' check.• train and develop Members of Public Establishment for Electricity Generation and Transmission (PEEGT) on ABB DCS Hardware and software system & S7300 , S7400 Siemens PLC including (operat, modifiey, download, maintenance, troupleshoting and start up ).
