Following on TMS and encouraging contractors to complete and closing GAP from their side for each stage. Follow with team regarding stages over TMS. Following with contractors to submit required documents for Pre-Invoicing stage to verify that Implemented work matching approved WO items and not exceeding approved quantity to release As-Built value of each site and reporting progress on daily basis. Verify all documents for Office PAT (As-Built drawing-FIS-Photos-FDED-Approved DAR&BOQ-Issued WO number and details- sign and issuing required certificates-compare prices with UPLs). Show less

Need to get feedback from client about market requirements then have to do market visit to prepare full report about situation along with solution, Contacting design section to provide technical drawing .Then, forward it to vendors due to feedback with quotation in order to start works. Later on once works completed, need to provide completion report to finance to issue invoices for vendor’s payment.Progress reports shall be submitted in weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Each team was having a supervisor who is reporting to me in a daily basis.2- Rollout for new GSM sites.For GSM sites there were two types:a- Rooftop sites: assign vendor to do building engineering loads study to make sure the building is able to carry on this site. If the report conclusions are not matching the requirement, this building will be canceled from the list. And also if the conclusions are approved then will give order to supplier for providing rooftop tower and telecom shelter along with indoor equipments.b- Greenfield sites: once the site location approved by site acquisition then my term start. I have to assign civil contractor to do soil test investigation by authorized Lab and submitting report. Then need to order the tower and telecom shelter from supplier. During this time civil works shall be starting. Civil contractor have to do excavation works, shuttering, leaning reinforcement bar, pouring concrete, etc. Then, civil stage will be completed to announce Teams that site have been completed as civil stage.c- IBS (In Building Solution):As part of job, need to monitor IBS project, reporting status, solve problems, ordering materials and etc.Each site has different case that other site. In order to start location work after signing contract with building owner, need to check the telecom plan and cross it with civil layout to make sure it is executable. Sometimes have to stay with teams due to owners complains and should solve it immediately.In this project I was dealing with three vendors each one have two to three teams and each vendor submitting his report on daily basis.
