Fluid and professional communication with the USA clients and other teams makes this job more interesting and challenging. Required knowledge for best quality of above presented tasks involve knowledge in SQL Server Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Test Manager, WPR, agile methodologies and data analysis. As addition to these, quality of work is increased with knowledge in .NET-MVC and multiple existing types of testing. The core of this coarse was to introduce students with types of Information systems, proceed with brief introduction with other aspects of the system (database, hardware, software, network and other) and finalize coarse with hands-on project, in (hopefully) most understandable way. The focus was to ensure clear view of the system for all students, while taking as assumption that they were never involved in any IT actions, and without any previous knowledge. The main tasks of the position were IS explanation, quiz and project plan creation, as well as high self involvement in project creation and finalization. As the part time student employee, my goal was to clearly understand banking system, from both economic and IT perspective. Still as student, without any previous knowledge of risk scoring system, with hard work and dedication I have understood risk analysis concept, practiced myself with SAS and SQL skills, that finally lead to scorecard development process. This process was successfully completed after six months, and was approved by stakeholders. This process was successfully completed after six months, and was approved by stakeholders. Process involved data mining risk classification model creation using SAS and SQL Server Studio. The process of the mortgage scorecard creation had each phase of the real data mining process: pre-processing, data mining and post processing. The nine month job clearly increased the scope of my work, and increased my knowledge about banking system and economics, and data mining , which was always one of mine favorite IT branches. Beside this, I received great knowledge in statistics and mathematics, which will always be great background for any IT branch in future. The interest in this part of IT increased even more with my Final Thesis, where I have create data mining solutions with Artificial Neural Networks, based around many algorithms, approaches and configurations.
