I was brought on board to manage data infrastructure across two factories and to ensure complete network and services to support CCTV, BMS, and access points. I successfully led preventive maintenance and standard operating procedures for the main servers, core switches, and edge switches. Follow SOP mandated by the quality department for each factory. Some results in this role include:⇨Making sure local authority requirements were completed by using the ELV System Design for both factories and by creating a budget to upgrade, CCTV, ACS, FA, PAVA, EMEX, and BMS.⇨I also met all specifications within tender for steam and hot water boilers. Also developed standard operating procedures (SOP) for boilers and firefighting systems. Completed Projects☛Managed ELV Systems for Both Factories and Handled the Steam Water Boilers and the Hot Water Boilers to ADCAN Pharma.☛Initiated SOP and managed preventive and corrective maintenance for both factories.

As the Project Engineer, I managed suppliers and sub-contractors with all tender documents and requirements for projects in structured cabling, CCTV, fire alarms, PAVA, gate barriers, access controls, and intercom systems. I also gained consensus from appropriate authorities on approvals for shop drawings for Etisalat, and Civil Defense. I led communications through weekly reports and prepared monthly progress certificates for all ELV systems and followed up with site work.⇨I tracked progress and completed inspections for the MEP work and corrected MEP clashing points and gained consultant approval to modify designs when necessary. ⇨I also managed all MEP infrastructure work including drainage, sub drainage, water supply, storm water, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and fire alarm networks. ⇨I ensured MEP maintenance of five building including HVAC, water supply, building connection points, shaft clashing points, and roof work. Completed Projects☛Key contributor to critical projects at Hadeed Emirates Construction and ICT Logistic Park.

I created shop drawings of automation system, fire alarms, CCTV, and SMATV and toured the site prior to the beginning of projects. Developed work schedules and road maps. Managed site engineers and led the hand over to the customer.
