Working as the Project's QA/QC Manager for the whole works/activities (Civil, Electro-Mechanical & Finishing works) in a project called: Central Utility Plant or in other words: Central Air-conditioning Plant / Station with capacity of 31,000 tons of cooling for new faculties buildings in King Abdulaziz University - Jeddah KSA, The Project value is approximately SR 350,000,000 Consist of 5 main Concrete structure buildings: 1- Concrete structure Central Utility / Air-conditioning… Show more Working as the Project's QA/QC Manager for the whole works/activities (Civil, Electro-Mechanical & Finishing works) in a project called: Central Utility Plant or in other words: Central Air-conditioning Plant / Station with capacity of 31,000 tons of cooling for new faculties buildings in King Abdulaziz University - Jeddah KSA, The Project value is approximately SR 350,000,000 Consist of 5 main Concrete structure buildings: 1- Concrete structure Central Utility / Air-conditioning Plant with area of 8800M2 which contains 1 Main chillers area & 2 Utilities areas (Mechanical & Electrical utilities). 2- Two Concrete structure “Fluid Coolers Buildings” with area of 2500M2 each. 3- Two above ground Ice storage concrete structure “TES” Tanks (Thermal Energy Storage Tanks) with area of 630M2 & Height of 12M each.Including all related underground & above ground piping (Black steel & GRE pipelines) from / to the Plant / Faculties. The summary of My duties & responsibilities is to ensure that all the activities & structures / members have been constructed / built according to the Quality standards, Project’s specifications / requirements before handing over to the client / consultant for final acceptance & approval.- Prepare the PTWs (Permit To Work) & Method Statements. - Doing the required Coordination in between all Engineering disciplines in order not to Construct / complete any member / item with missing items. - Reporting to the Company’s Corporate Projects Control Director.
