My full name is Amer Mohamed Ahmed, and I live in El Aguza. I've pursued a variety of educational paths, starting with my graduation from the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University. I later earned diplomas in Graphic Design and Human Resources from AUC. Additionally, I completed various courses, including Microsoft Office and OSHA, related to organizational safety.In my career, I began working at the AUC security office as an internal patrol, handling important tasks such as guiding VIPs, securing trustees, and monitoring elections. After that, I moved to the AUC print shop, where I gained significant design experience and worked closely with professors.Next, I transitioned to a receptionist role, managing 600 residents, most of them minors. This position required me to handle sensitive interactions with both residents and their parents. I also spent a year at Gourmet Food, where I learned to manage challenging customer interactions and took specific training for conflict resolution.In parallel, I’ve worked as a freelance designer, developing skills in graphic and web design. Finally, I returned to AUC as a receptionist in ResLife, bringing with me advanced skills in database management, data analysis, and website creation.
